Reportedly, the said tank spans over 1,416 square kilometres and is 15 feet deep. He said that the water storage tank can host over 1.6 million gallons of rainwater, however, the ceiling of the tank has yet to be built.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, he stated that even if it rains 100 mm, the streets of Lahore will no longer be flooded as rainwater will be diverted to the tank through the pipes laid beneath the roads.
