In addition, the court has also requested for the details of the licences issued by the National Highway Authority (NHA) and also summoned the NHA Chairman Jawad Rafique Malik. The counsel informed the court that the NHA owns 220 feet around the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-seals-17-commercial-buildings-gt-road-other-areas-violating-by-laws.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GT road<\/a>. In response, Justice Ijaz remarked that the said land was granted for construction, repairing and extension of the road.
