The minimum plot size for residential multi-storey buildings has been reduced from 4 kanals to 10 marlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The height of apartment buildings located on non-converted residential plots located on commercial roads has been divided as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"i\"><li>48 feet in case of Low Height Zone<\/li><li>90 feet in case of Medium Rise-1 Zone<\/li><li>120 feet in case of Medium Rise-2 Zone<\/li><li>200 feet in case of High Rise-1 Zone<\/li><li>300 feet in case of High Rise-2 Zone<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The maximum height for commercial buildings has been set at 48 feet when a 10-marla plot is located on a 30-foot wide road. The height for 1-kanal plots has been set at 90-feet, 2-kanal plots at 120 feet, 4-kanal plots at 200 feet, and 8- to 12 kanal plots up to 300 feet.
