The LDA has been tasked with the construction of the apartments \u2014 with the project falling under the auspices of the government\u2019s flagship Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-citys-naya-pakistan-apartments-project-plans-shared.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LDA City\u2019s \u2018Naya Pakistan Apartments\u2019 project plans shared<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PC-1 will now be presented for approval before the LDA\u2019s Governing Body in its upcoming meeting. The Chief Engineer has sent the PC-1 to the LDA Director General Ahmad Aziz Tarar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per the PC-1, 1012 high-rise buildings will be constructed in an area of about 8,255 kanals, that will feature around <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/forum\/discussions\/projects_and_developments\/pc_1_for_lda_city_apartments_prepared-33580.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">35,000 apartments<\/a>.
