Bahawalpur: The Punjab government is planning to revive the project to establish an industrial estate in Bahawalpur, according to a news source. This project had lain dormant for a number of years, with the local investors and the Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry calling for its resumption. The basic infrastructure for this project has already been earmarked, while the funding for its further development is in progress.
