During a luncheon hosted for Secretary for Relief, Rehabilitation, and Settlement Aamir Latif, SCCI President Engr Maqsood Anwar Pervaiz stressed on the introduction of practical initiatives for developing small and medium-scale industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/taunsa-sharif-to-get-small-industries-estate.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Taunsa Sharif to get \u2018Small Industries Estate\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To this effect, Pervaiz proposed that the KP government should waive off property tax on the Small Industrial Estate in Peshawar and the Jamrud Industrial Estate. He also called for the provision electricity to all industrial estates on wheeling charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the SCCI President asked the government for infrastructural development of the small industries, along with resolving the issues face by the owners of small manufacturing units.
