Islamabad \u2013 The Islamabad High Court (IHC) issued directives to the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Interior Secretary and IG Police to remove Kachi Abadis in the capital by 23rd<\/sup> April, 2014. IHC also ordained top federal officials to continue their operations and submit reports till the next hearing.<\/p>\n

During the recent hearing of the plea submitted by a resident against the removal of Kachi Abadis, IHC gave its remarks that no one has a right to state illegal thing as legal.
