Lahore: The Future Development Holding Group (FDHG) \u2013 after enjoying tremendous success with their Capital Smart City Project in Islamabad \u2013 is preparing to launch \u2018Lahore Smart City\u2019 in the metropolis, according to real estate sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As per the available information, FDHG<\/a> has reportedly acquired some 20,000 kanals of compact land alongside the Lahore Bypass \u2013 where the project is expected to be launched in the coming weeks. The no objection certificate (NOC) of the project is being processed by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) and is likely to be issued within the next 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reportedly, the exact location of the Lahore Smart City is pinned on the Google Maps. The location of the project makes it accessible through Grand Trunk (GT) Road and Lahore-Sialkot Motorway. Moreover, via the Lahore Ring Road, the project will be connected to the entirety of the city. The project is to feature both overseas block and executive block \u2013 akin to its Islamabad Chapter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
