The court also said that the plot allottees could contact the departments concerned to recover their funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the details available, a three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmad heard the case regarding the retrieval of Kidney Hill Park land.
