The authority wants people to visit project sites in person, and get all the relevant details regarding land area, development charges, and obtain other such basic information in writing for proof. Additionally, buyers have been asked to ensure that their selected residential scheme is also providing amenities like power, water, and gas etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the buyers should be aware of the possession dates of their plots, and know if they will be liable to pay any extra or hidden charges at the time of possession. The buyers have also been requested to keep copies of stamped receipts and contact details of the residential schemes they are investing in.
