The report indicated an allocation of PKR 5 billion as revolving funds for low-cost housing schemes comprising 3 to 5-marla plots. These included continuation of work in stalled projects, introduction of new apartment projects, promulgation of the FGEHA Act, government-to-government housing schemes, approval of the Real Estate Regulation Act, and promulgation of the NPHDA Ordinance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report mentioned the 1,350 housing units along Kuchlak Road in Quetta with regard to the initiatives introduced in Balochistan. For Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), the report indicated the PHA Residencia Sorazai Project in Peshawar comprising 10,000 housing units.
