The representatives of builders and developer association presented their concerns and mulled over various solutions. The most pressing problems involved timely-approvals of building plans, traffic assessment, environmental concerns, building bylaws, graveyard levy charges, Sector E-II projects, layout plans and insurance policies \u2014 and were discussed at length.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-reduces-charges-construction-additional-storeys-markets.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDA reduces charges on construction of additional storeys in all markets<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The authority responded to these issues by highlighting that the Design Vetting Committee (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/cda-dvc-approves-designs-for-9-commercial-buildings.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DVC<\/a>) is meeting on a regular basis to approve the building designs. The officials said it has timely concluded all its obligations with the investors whose legal requirements were met with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moreover, the meeting was also informed that another auction of commercial plots \u2013 with special incentives \u2013 is going to be held later in September by the CDA.
