The affected residents were transferred to safer places by Rescue 1122 officials.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/commissioner-rawalpindi-warns-private-housing-schemes-not-develop-without-nocs.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">commissioner<\/a> was told that the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has written to the housing societies along the Soan River about their revenue limits. However, no response was received from them.
