He added that the Petroleum Division had commenced with the initiative following the executive\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the details revealed, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation had involved a state-owned company in the new model presented. Therefore, the project would undergo implementation as part of a government-to-government agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sources revealed that the incumbent government wanted to increase the scope of capacity and design of the project so that it could transport 1.6 billion cubic feet gas per day (bfcd) instead of the previously proposed capacity of 1.2 bfcd.
