These include the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Investors and buyers have been advised to be mindful of the master plan. The LDA will only approve housing schemes in residential areas \u2013 which should be verified before buying land by the authority.<\/li><li>A checklist of \u2018documents required\u2019 for obtaining approvals for housing schemes can be accessed on the authority\u2019s website.<\/li><li>Housing schemes whose approvals are in process, under the old approval mechanism, can now also apply under the new mechanism to have their housing schemes approved within 60 days after completing the \u2018documents required\u2019 checklist. These housing schemes be processed under the current rules and bylaws.
