Chairing a meeting on development projects in the city, PM Khan said that Islamabad&#8217;s population had experienced a significant increase over past two decades and that there was a need to control the city&#8217;s unplanned expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He further directed the civic agency to resolve matters arising from the urban sprawl in the capital city. He highlighted that the protection of green areas was a priority for the government.
