The sizes of residential plots on offer are 2-kanal, 1-kanal, 10-marla, 7-marla and 5-marla. The developers will be able to enjoy the following special incentives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/lda-amend-bylaws-raising-height-limit-multi-storey-buildings.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Height <\/a>relaxation<\/li><li>Additional Parking Space<\/li><li>Improved floor area ratio (FAR)<\/li><li>Priority on DHA procedures and processes<\/li><li>4-5% rebate on lump-sum payment<\/li><li>No drawing submission fee<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, DHA Lahore has announced new commercial areas, entertainment facilities and educational institutes in order to offer better amenities for its residents.
