However, the FGEHA still requires almost PKR 7 billion to clear up the BUPs dues in Sector G-14\/1, 2 and 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the sources, an official said that the decision to award land in Sector <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fgeha-auction-commercial-plots-g-13-g-144.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">G-14\/4 <\/a>\u2014 at the rate of Rs230,000\/ kanal for total land sized 1,459 kanals \u2014 had been announced in 1995.
