Reportedly, Mott McDonalds will begin working on the city\u2019s master plan once <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/rawalpindi-master-plan-2040-process-finalise-consultant-begins.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">terms of reference<\/a> for the initiative have been finalized.
