These plots are available on a 3-year payment plan and the last date to submit their applications is October 5 \u2014 with the \u2018Open Ballot\u2019 to be held on October 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement of these details also marks the start of receiving the application process, which has already made the real estate market exciting for investors and property agents registered with the DHA. Market sources claim that the offer is expected to receive an overwhelming response, as many investors have already set capital aside for this venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the details available on the DHA Lahore \u2018Asset Ballot Portal\u2019 established for this very purpose, the processing fees for plots range between PKR 5,000 and PKR 150,000. This portal offers details regarding the phase, sector, plot number, property type and size, price and (non-refundable) processing fee for all the residential and commercial plots on offer. In addition, you can also check the Area Sketch of a particular plot, its picture and its location on the official DHA map. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/dha-lahore-overseas-enclave-expatriates.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DHA Lahore announces Overseas Enclave for expatriates<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of the 345 plots the DHA has offered on instalments, 126 are commercial plots ranging in sizes of 2, 4, 6, 8, 16, 48 and 80 marlas. The commercial properties are located in Phase 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12. There is only one entry each for the 48-marla (Phase 6) and 80-marla (Phase 5) commercial plots and their processing fees are PKR 60,000 and PKR 150,000 respectively.
