Commenting on the amnesty scheme deadline \u2013 set to expire on December 31 \u2013 he said that the timeframe for the construction industry relief package was \u2018short term and we need more time to reap its long-term benefits\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VZWniMW0VMg\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, with regard to the approvals for the construction industry, Khan lauded the government\u2019s measure to expedite the process by launching one-window operations in provincial development authorities. He revealed that the transaction volume in real estate state purchase had improved and property rates were seen to increase during the past few months. \u2018Many new firms and individuals are stepping into the development side of real estate, which is an encouraging trend,\u2019 he further stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regarding the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP), the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/zameen-com-ceo-talks-about-secret-ingredients-behind-pakistan-property-show-success.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zameen CEO<\/a> said that the government needed to achieve the \u2018right price point\u2019 with the private sector in the joint ventures if it wanted to ensure and maintain the affordability of low-cost housing units.
