However, the disbursements for the applicants facing biometric issues and families of the deceased beneficiaries will continue till September 30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The applicants facing biometric verification can access the new portal (http:\/\/complaints.pass.gov.pk\/) and submit their grievances in a simple \u2018three-step\u2019 process. Complaints can be generated with the federal government by entering the Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) number and contact number on the portal.
