The<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/park-enclave-phase-iii-ballot.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> ballot<\/a> involved 1,047 plots out of a total 1,061 plots demarcated in this phase. As for the plot measurements; 271 plots were sized at 25&#215;50 sq ft, 546 plots were sized at 35&#215;70 sq ft, 103 plots were sized at 40&#215;80 sq ft, and 64 plots were sized at 50&#215;90 sq ft. Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on CDA Affairs Ali Nawaz Awan attended the balloting ceremony and expressed satisfaction over the proceedings and the revenue generated from a recent auction of commercial plots conducted by the authority. He also stated that the development work on the project would be launched later this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following its development phase, an auction of the commercial plots in the Park Enclave II will be held.
