On the occasion, he further stated that the 790-kilometre-long Karachi-Quetta-Chaman<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/khyber-district-to-have-sez-expressway-linking-torkham.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> expressway<\/a> would be constructed on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis \u2014 under a Public Private Partnership model.
