While the project had been slated to be completed in May, construction work had to be halted due to the coronavirus outbreak and its resulting countrywide lockdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SAPM stated that this major road project had been constructed after a decade-long gap, and that now several projects \u2014 including the construction of 10th Avenue and the development of an interchange at the junction of Srinagar Avenue near Abapara and 7th Avenue \u2014 would soon be completed.
