These bodies will directly report to the GDA DG and will initiate legal action against the developers of illegal projects from October 16 onwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GDA is actively following the cases where some real estate developers are reportedly developing housings schemes on peri-urban land without seeking approvals from the development authority.
