Lahore: Pace Circle \u2014 a project of Pace (Pakistan) Limited \u2014 is increasingly becoming a hard-to-ignore, mixed-used, high-rise development that addresses the shortage of premium hotel apartments in the vicinity of the Allama Iqbal International Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project was launched some years ago, and while construction work at the project site remained stagnant for some time, the pace of development has picked up recently. Presently, the development of the grey structures of the three towers that comprise to make Pace Circle are nearing completion, after which the developer is expected to initiate the finishing work and start handing over possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The high-end, mixed-used development spans over 41 kanals of land that is situated in a prime location on Amjad Chaudhry Road \u2014 opposite Askari 10. The said road leads to Barki Road and the Lahore Ring Road to the east, and the Aziz Bhatti Road to the west. Several important areas of the city lie in the immediate vicinity of Pace Circle, including the Lahore Garrison Golf & Country Club, Fortress Stadium, Saddar, and DHA Phase VIII. In addition, the rest of Lahore is also easily accessible through the city\u2019s existing and expansive road network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project features three towers, with each containing three basement floors for car parking, a ground floor plus 11 storeys. Each tower\u2019s ground floor and the first three floors feature commercial units, while the remaining floors are reserved for hotel suits and serviced apartments. Moreover, the project has been designed around a central court yard featuring a plunge pool and various other attractions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
