Moreover, the video also unveiled the selected layout plans for an exclusive block \u2013 aptly titled \u2018Hollywood Block\u2019 and reserved for the artist community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, Nazir further pointed at materialising the plan to launch a zoo and a water park \u2013currently being designed and planned by a Chinese consultant firm.
