The notices have been issued on direct orders from the Rawalpindi commissioner by the Civil Defence Department. Reportedly, these plaza owners have also failed to get an approval for the building plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the crackdown, the owners of these illegal buildings will also be penalised. As per the information shared by a Civil Defence district officer, all buildings having a height more than 38 feet are required to procure an NOC from the Civil Defence Department.
