Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Member Finance Rana Shakeel Asghar and One Link Chief Operating Officer (COO) Najeeb Agrawalla have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on behalf of their organisations to enable utility payments through a mobile phone application<\/a>, according to a news report published on October 27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
