Lahore: The District Estimates Committee has fixed the rates for acquisition of land for Ravi Riverfront Urban Development Project \u2013 a news source reported. In total, rates for 22,990 kanals have been determined at tehsil level, while the rates for 91,096 kanals have been determined in Shalimar City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first phase of the project, 14,086 kanals of land will be acquired, while in total land spanning nearly 613,785 kanals will be acquired. In total, land will be acquired from 32 mauzas<\/em> of Lahore and 90 mauzas<\/em> of Ferozewala. Meanwhile, for the first phase, land will be acquired from 17 mauzas of Shalimar and 9 mauzas of Lahore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to details, the 3,578 kanals of land in mauza Baghbanpura has been divided into agricultural and residential land. The agricultural land will be acquired at PKR 6.8 million per acre, while the residential land will be acquired at PKR 260,000 per marla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agricultural land in mauza Mehmood Booti will be acquired at a price of PKR 7.3 million per acre, while the residential land will be acquired at PKR 110,000 per marla. In Kot Khawaja Saeed, the agricultural land will be acquired at PKR 6.8 million per acre, while the residential land will be acquired at PKR 120,000 per marla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Saggian Wasanpura, the agricultural land will be acquired at PKR 4.3 million per acre, while the residential land will be acquired at PKR 120,000 per marla. In Mauza Lakhu Der, the agricultural land will be acquired at PKR 7.25 per acre, while the residential land will be acquired at PKR 120,000 per marla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Mauza Hando, the agricultural land will be acquired at PKR 7.9 million per acre, while the residential land will be acquired at PKR 370,000 per marla. In Mauza Nit, the agricultural land will be acquired at PKR 8.4 million per acre, while the residential land will be acquired at PKR 184,000 per marla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Mauza Tejgarh, the agricultural land will be acquired for PKR 6.7 million per acre, while the residential land will be acquired for PKR 350,000. In Mauza Rampura, the residential land will be acquired at PKR 370,000 per marla.
