Representatives of the Korean firm presented a demo house unit yesterday at the Pak-China Friendship Center in Islamabad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While addressing the inaugural ceremony, Hyder said that the provision of low-cost housing for the lower and middle-income segments of the society was a top priority for the government. According to reports, these houses have a life span of 50 years and have been developed using G-Songuo\u2019s composite insulation wall, which is 43 times more durable than brick walls and will help bring down the utility bills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These houses are also earthquake and fire-resistant. The Korean firm developing these houses have expressed that they can develop one to four-story houses and apartment buildings with a similar technique. The said firm has also expressed an avid interest in bringing its production and technology customization to Pakistan. The representative of the firm said that the company can facilitate the Prime Minister (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/bank-heads-brief-pm-home-financing-solutions-offer.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PM<\/a>) Imran Khan\u2019s vision of 5-million houses by constructing 8,000 houses and apartments per year with a single production facility.
