The project is being carried out by Russia and Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SAPM shared this information in an interview. Sharing further details, Babar said that Pakistan will own majority of shares in this project; this could range from 51% to 74% while Russia will have the remaining shares.
