Instead of paying 15% charges at the time of possession, now buyers have to pay only 5% at the time of possession<\/li><li>Out of the remaining 10% payment, 5% will be paid by June 30, 2021 along with the 9<sup>th<\/sup> instalment, while the final 5% payment will be made by March 31, 2022 along with the final instalment.
