Luxury apartments will be developed on 8.4 acres of land at the FTC. The amusement park will also be developed at FTC on an area of 9.2 acres. This park will feature a golf course, ferries wheel, roller coaster and other state of the art joy rides.<\/p>\n<p>LDA plans to execute these projects by partnering with private developers in a joint venture arrangement under Management and Transfer of Properties by Development Authorities Ordinance, 2014.
