The post contains numbers, location and the recommended businesses these shops can be used for. Interested applicants are required to submit their EOI latest by January 21 to Additional Director Maintenance, Main Office Complex Sector, Phase 11 (Rahbar), DHA Lahore. The post comes with contact numbers where the applicant can reach in the case of any queries: +93-310-888-7252 and +92-42-3596-6188.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Out of the total 9 shops available for retail, 3 are located in Block A and 6 are in Block D. Shop No. 1 in Block is for setting up a general store, Shop No. 2 is for selling fruits, vegetables and meet and Shop No. 3 is to be used to setting up tandoor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Out of the six shops in Block D, one (mart) is recommended for setting up a multipurpose departmental store. Shop No. 1 can be used by launders\/dry-cleaners, while Shop No. 2 is tailors. Shop No. 3 is for setting up a tandoor. The type of business recommended for Shops No. 4 is for vendors selling snacks while Shop No. 5 is for meat and dairy products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As per the details available on the official website of DHA Lahore (an image of the ad shared in national dailies), applicants are required to share following information with the authority:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Company profile<\/li><li>National Tax Number (tax payer)<\/li><li>Financial statements of the past three years<\/li><li>Business achievements over the past five years<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The notice also states that the DHA will consider the applications submitted by the parties having demonstrated experience in similar assignments and fulfilling the evaluation criteria.
