This information was revealed during a case hearing pertaining to the encroachments on park\u2019s land. During the case proceedings, the court was informed that 24 houses in Farhan Society were illegally developed on four plots of Kidney Hill Park and that the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/kmc-to-develop-kidney-hill-park-in-scheme-32.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> park\u2019s land<\/a> has also been encroached upon by another private residential scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/commissioner-directed-retrieve-kidney-hill-park-land.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Commissioner Karachi directed to retrieve Kidney Hill Park land<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Gulzar Ahmed warned that contempt of court proceedings will be launched against the authorities concerned if they fail to evacuate the illegally-occupied land.
