Multan: Despite the coronavirus-induced slowdown, 2020 proved to be a highly productive year for Defence Housing Authority\u2019s Multan chapter. The society management introduced a number of initiatives, including the highly successful Rumanza Golf Community project, in addition to announcing possessions for Sector Q. Below is a recap of DHA Multan\u2019s activities in 2020:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

December<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

DHA Multan extends Rumanza Golf Community down payment deadline<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan extended the due date for making down payments<\/a> for plots situated within the Rumanza Golf Community; stretching the deadline to January 31. Rumanza Golf Community was launched in November and it features residential plots in sizes of 12 marlas, 1 kanal and 2 kanals; available on a quarterly payment plan spanning two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DHA Multan changes payment schedule, slashes charges on DHA Villas<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The society management notified several revisions in the payment schedule for DHA Villas in addition to waiving additional charges on villas that are located on DHA Multan map facing parks. More details here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DHA Multan conducts groundbreaking of Rumanza Club, installs gas pipeline network<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

DHA Multan organized a groundbreaking ceremony<\/a> for the Rumanza Club. Moreover, gas pipelines were also laid on the occasion. The authority also held a special ceremony to hand over the keys of DHA Multan Villas to the owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foundation stone for residential units in Sectors M, Q, and R laid<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The society management announced that DHA Multan Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani had installed the foundation stone<\/a> for residential units in Sectors M, Q and R. Further, the project director laid the foundation stone for 4-marla commercial units in Sector Q.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DHA Multan signs agreement with Rescue 1122<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
