Construction Industry Relief Package<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the impact of the extension of DHA Lahore?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real estate underwent a relatively slow cycle for the period running between mid to late 2016 and early 2020. However, following the announcement of the incentive package\/amnesty scheme in April, a turbulence filled with excitement was witnessed in the local property marketplace<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In DHA Lahore, the demand almost doubled and so did the prices within a matter of months. In the old phases of DHA Phase 1 to 4, the surge is miniscule.
