As per the \u2018Final Notice\u2019, the defaulters are required to clear their pending payments within one month of the publication of the notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The defaulters are required to clear all the pending payments via pay-order\/draft \u2013 to be submitted in the society office in Sector E-16\/17, Islamabad. <strong>The notice further states that those failing to make the payments will fact legal action as per the bylaws of CDECS\u2019s society management.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/fgeha-requires-pkr-6-7-bn-built-properties-g-14.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PKR 100bn worth of economic activity generated in Islamabad last year: CDA<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The notice also mentions that the dues are to be paid as per the revised rates notified by the society management.
