Under the agreement, Dubai Islamic Bank will offer mortgage financing facility to owners of fully-developed and ready-to-move apartments of Coral, Reef and Pearl towers in Crescent Bay \u2013 situated in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi\u2019s Phase VIII.
