The project will span over 4,800 acres and will have its very own 200-metre-long Eiffel Tower (the biggest replica of the structure, as per developer). The original Eiffel Tower is 324 metres tall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, the housing project will also get a replica of the famed Arc de Triomphe and a Shanelize Street (named after the Avenue des Champs\u2013\u00c9lys\u00e9es). For town planning, design and project structure, the builder has announced its decision to bring France\u2019s AREP Group and Renzo Piano Building Workshop on board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s marketing manager stated that the city will offer affordable houses with facilities like Europe. The interested parties are invited to register with the company for PKR 110,000 for plots measuring 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots and commercial plots and apartments.
