It was also revealed that Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&amp;TE) Directorate has initiated legal proceedings against marketing campaigns launched for promotion of illegal housing projects in question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The civic body has clarified that no advertisements\/marketing of the real estate projects is permissible without NOC. Moreover, sponsors are also warned to vet the project with the authority or face legal consequences.
