The registrations invited from buyers and investors have already closed on February 8 \u2013 while the society has announced the possession of these villas to be given by December 31, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the public auction, DHA will present villas measuring in sizes of 6 marlas, 9 marlas, and 12 marlas with options varying between 4 and 5 bedrooms. Furthermore, detailed under the head of \u2018Vital Incentives\u2019, the post states that there will be 10% rebate on payments made in lumpsum and 5% rebate if payments are cleared within a year (four equal instalments). In addition, the transfer fee has been waived off for the first-time transfer that takes place before June 30, 2021.
