To facilitate this measure, it will ask the departments concerned to amend the existing building by-laws. Moreover, the implementation of urban regeneration planning will create investment and job opportunities in the construction sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The decision pertaining to urban registration planning was reached during a meeting between RDA Chairman Tariq Mahmood Murtaza and Station Commander Rawalpindi Brigadier Ijaz Qamar Qayani.
