He revealed that owing to some structural reforms, the FDA\u2019s revenue recovery rate has improved and has exceeded PKR 1 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was also appraised that the development work on the FDA City project has paced up and outstanding dues from defaulters of the housing scheme are being recovered. It was also reported that an accumulated amount of PKR 380 million has been provided to the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) for the power provided to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/details-on-fda-city-plots-up-for-auction-shared.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FDA City<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/pkr-350mn-recovered-fda-city-defaulters.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PKR 350mn recovered from FDA City defaulters<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, Manan said that funds have been raised by selling the cancelled and non-allocated plots through the public auction.
