He went on to reveal that in the initial phase, the scheme will be executed on the land of 3,000 kanals in twenty-six tehsils of the province. He said that houses provided under this project will be affordable with easy instalment plans and that the price of a single unit will be somewhere around PKR 1.4 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/1500-nphp-units-handed-over-to-labourers.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1,500 NPHP units handed over to labourers<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the execution of the first phase, the project will be extended to all tehsils of Punjab. Mr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/7500-nphp-houses-built-64000-to-be-constructed-soon-gill.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gill<\/a> also hinted that work on another housing project in Farash Town of Islamabad will also be launched in the coming month. He said that 4,000 apartments will be developed in this project of Islamabad and each unit will cost around PKR 2.7 million.
