Under this extended incentive, the following benefits will be offered to the allottees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The possession fee will be waived off<\/li><li>The design fee will be waived for the work processed by the design wing. The allottees will still have to bear the cost of outsourced work on designs and maps.<\/li><li>Free excavation<\/li><li>Free water and power for two months<\/li><li>No fee for mechanical, electrical &amp; plumbing works<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Read:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/current-status-of-top-city-1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Current status of Top City-1<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, there will be charges for the architectural designs (if changed from the catalogue or redesign), structure design (in relation to soil test), 3D charges (PKR 4 per sq ft) and Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) submission drawings that are prepared by the design wing and are to be submitted by the client at Khidmat Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The allottees will have to start construction in two months or will have to pay all the waived off charges.
