The completion certificate for 5-marla plots will be issued by the MCL chief metropolitan officer planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The residential plan approval for projects spanning over 1-2 kanals will be given by the chief corporation officer and the completion certificate administrator MCL.
