The meeting was chaired by the chairmanship of member planning. However, the development of the 36-storey high-rise in Islamabad is subjected to the permission of the Civil Aviation Authority (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zameen.com\/news\/max-building-height-in-islamabad-to-be-raised-to-500-ft.html\" target=\"_blank\">CAA<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 36-storey tallest residential buildings in Pakistan is planned to be constructed on Plot No 08 in Sector F-10 Markaz of Islamabad. It was also highlighted that 70% of the project area (11,750 sq ft) will be kept green.
